STUDIO LICENSE, POLICY AND LIMITS

This is a common-ceiling facility and spaces are not light- or sound-tight. The community exhibition/event space is at the economic core of our operating income. A variety of classes and events will be regularly held in the common areas.
Artistic processes that are extremely noisy or require industrial zoning or involve highly flammable, explosive or noxious materials will not be permitted. Examples of processes that would not be allowed are large power tools, blacksmithing, indoor spray paint, fiberglass work or glass blowing. The studio spaces do not enable the individual installation of heavy industrial machinery nor the presence of unusual toxic materials.
Studio improvements and special uses may be made through “Licensee Improvement Agreements”, wherein applicable building codes and costs may be agreed.
