Studio Artist Selection Process

We are located in the heart of Downtown Overland Park with two spaces. The ArtHouse EAST location is located in the lower level of 8001 Conser Street and provides space for 15 studios. The ArtHouse WEST at 8001 Newton is directly across the street and has 14 studios, ceramics facility, retail, and large programming space. Studio sizes and pricing can be found here.

The ArtHouse welcomes and encourages applications for studio space from artists working in all art disciplines. The reality of working in a shared space does require us to limit a few studio practices that may be disruptive or unsafe to fellow tenants - some restrictions apply.
