event Space

InterUrban ArtHouse features a bright, open gallery space to host your next class, meeting, or special event. You will have access to ample parking while being nestled in the heart of historic downtown Overland Park.

Our space is designed for you to bring your own refreshments and food with the option to hire someone to pour drinks (wine & beer) at your event.


indoor

Perfect for gatherings of up to 175 people, use our gallery to host your private event.  Our modern, open floor plan surrounded by art and artist studios will make your event one-of-a-kind.

outdoor

The outdoor space includes a stage and seating for 50 guests and a fenced area that accommodates 28 festival tents.


pricing

All event rentals are priced in 4-hour time slots with $100 per extra hour.

Monday-Thursday:

  • Member Rate:  $475

  • Non-Member Rate:  $575

Friday, Saturday, Sunday:

  • Member Rate:  $625

  • Non Member Rate:  $750

Note: A 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. A sample event contract is available HERE.

optional add-ons

  • Outdoor space with up to 40 chairs: $100

  • Bartender (pours wine / beer only, does not make cocktails) : $40/hr

  • Cleanup service: $50 (mandatory for events that will exceed 50 people)

  • Linens are available for use at $5/table available in both black and white

  • Poster Easels: $5 each

  • After Hours Staff: $40 per hour
