The purpose of this show is to illustrate and celebrate the unique experiences and challenges female-identifying and non-binary femme artists face in America, as they bring together family, careers, activism, and artistic fulfillment.

A different female, trans femme, or non-binary femme artist or curator is asked to co-curate every year.

ArtHeals
exhibition dates: march - april
ArtHeals provides arts-based mental, emotional, physical, and community health programming and events to the public including a 6-week annual exhibition dedicated to issues of community and individual health and wellness.

Identity
exhibition dates: june - july
In this exhibition, you’ll see many types of identities, age, race, gender, sexuality, immigrant, veteran and disability status, all expressed together in the same show. It is an exploration of self and how we interact with the world because of the identities we may be born with, choose or grow into, or have placed upon us by society. It’s also a reminder of the many stories happening to and all around us that contribute to the shared human experience.

The call usually opens in March with an early May deadline.
12 x 12 Member Show
exhibition dates: Oct-Nov
This show is a celebration of all our member artists. Members are invited to create and show whatever they like, as long as all work is 12 inches by 12 inches. There is no jury process.

Work must be turned in by the last week of September.
Studio Artist Exhibition
exhibition dates: december - january
Featuring work from the Studio Artists at InterUrban ArtHouse.
