Thomas Hart Benton, perhaps one of the most famous Kansas Citians, left a legacy of paintings, which offer viewers an incredibly rich depiction of everyday life in the United States during his time. Today’s session will explore his artwork, his history, and his impact on the Kansas City art scene. Participants will create paintings in the spirit of Thomas Hart Benton’s style.
